Richard Griffith was born and raised in Shreveport. He graduated magna cum laude in 1997 with degrees in Political Science and History from Ouachita Baptist University. He earned his law degree in 2000 at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and Shreveport Bar Association. He has been recognized by SB Magazine as one of Shreveport Bossier’s Top Lawyers for the past 11 years. The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys recognized him as one of the Top Law Firms in Louisiana 2017-2018. He is also an Eagle Scout and an active member of Broadmoor Baptist Church. He serves as Committee Chair for Pack 3 Cub Scouts and is currently president of his Homeowners Association.
